Refund policy

Returns and cancellations (seeds & non‑plant items)

  • Cooling‑off period: For non‑perishable items (e.g. seeds, kits, equipment), you can cancel within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return window: After you notify us of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused and fit for resale unless faulty.
  • Refunds: We’ll process refunds within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Return postage: Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. We advise using a tracked service. We can provide a printable postage label or advise on the best service.
  • How to start a return: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps.

 

Live plants policy

  • Perishable nature: Live plants are perishable and require immediate care on arrival.
  • 24‑hour window: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve them quickly.
  • After 24 hours: For care questions or concerns beyond that timeframe, please contact us for specific advice.
  • Photos help: If there’s an issue, please send clear photos of the plant and packaging so we can assess and put it right.
  • On arrival: Unpack immediately, water if needed, and place in suitable light. Follow the care guidance included with your order.
